We had the pleasure of implementing a loggia transformation project, converting it into a space that combines functionality with nature. The loggia has become a multifunctional space that harmoniously integrates a relaxation area, workspace, and play area for children.
The main elements of the project included carefully selected flooring that is both durable and aesthetic, perfectly complementing the other design elements. The lighting system was designed to provide the appropriate atmosphere for both relaxation and work. We selected comfortable and functional lounge furniture, perfectly adapted to the small space. We also designed custom furniture to maximize the available space, including storage cabinets. A folding work table enables comfortable work without limiting living space, and a children’s corner creates an ideal play area for the youngest ones.
To increase comfort, we installed a ceiling fan that provides pleasant air circulation during warm days. The air conditioner was hidden behind openwork construction, which significantly improved the aesthetics of the space while maintaining the full functionality of the device. Functional curtains offer the ability to regulate sunlight and provide privacy.
Greenery is a key element of the arrangement. We introduced ornamental grasses and bamboos in large free-standing planters, which give the space a natural character. Smaller plants in hanging and countertop planters increase the green area without taking up valuable usable space.
Thanks to the thoughtful design, the loggia has become a full-fledged, additional green room that changes along with the needs of the household members – from a workspace, to a place of relaxation, to a play area for children.
