The goal of this project was to transform an empty terrace into a functional and aesthetic relaxation zone. The main challenge was arranging an intimate space while maintaining a sense of openness and ensuring privacy by strategically screening the area from neighbors’ windows.
A key element of the concept is carefully selected plants in elegant planters – decorative and low-maintenance, which maintain their attractiveness throughout most of the season. The arrangement is complemented by comfortable terrace furniture and a parasol providing protection from the sun. We used an outdoor rug on the floor, which introduces an additional layer of coziness and softness.
The design includes two alternative arrangements: the first with comfortable poufs and a practical storage chest, the second with a relaxing hammock and an additional armchair. The result is a multifunctional space that perfectly combines comfort, aesthetics, and practicality.
